Are you a hardworking jack of all trades and have a passion for remodeling properties? If you have a "just leave me to it" mindset, are self motivated to work off a punch list, this is the contract for you. No fixed hours, this 40 hour a week contract are the hours you choose them to be. If you can replace outlets and light fixtures, paint a house, hang doors & cabinetry, install flooring and faucets, put up blinds, redo a kitchen and want room for potentially more projects and profit share on future projects, please apply. This is an initial one month contract for a property that needs a complete gut. Must have own tools and reliable transportation. Initial project is located in Albany.
Successful candidate will be offered profit share and opportunity to work long term for a private investor who can do all of the above themselves (so don't bother applying if you can't)
You will be working as an independent contractor and paying your own taxes and hold your own insurance. You must be able to lift 50lbs, be physically capable of the tasks described and responsible to ensure things done to code. You will be issued with a 1099 at the end of the contract.
Compensation will be $27.00 per hour, paid weekly in arrears.
Position to commence immediately upon finding successful candidate.
