Job Overview

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is actively hiring 6 skilled Plumbers to join our growing Field Operations team in the Savannah Metro area. This is a full-time, onsite position serving residential and light commercial customers throughout Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill, and surrounding communities.

This role offers an hourly base structure with performance-based commission replacement once thresholds are met, creating strong earning potential for motivated service professionals. Our top performers consistently earn well into six figures.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Perform service calls including troubleshooting, drain work, fixture installation, water heaters, and gas piping
• Provide clear, upfront pricing and explain solutions to customers before work begins
• Maintain accurate documentation and professional job records
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit
• Work independently in the field while staying connected with dispatch and leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and workspace
• Uphold all safety standards while on job sites and operating company vehicles
• Participate in emergency service calls, weekend rotations, and overtime as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of plumbing experience preferred
• Journeyman Plumbing License required
• Residential service plumbing experience required; commercial experience is a plus
• Drain cleaning experience preferred
• Gas plumbing experience highly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High ethical standards and professionalism
• Valid U.S. Drivers License with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation Structure

• $75,000 $120,000+ annually
• Hourly pay structure with commission replacement after performance threshold
