🔨 PROJECTS NEEDED IMMEDIATELY
✔ Rehab of Unit D (interior & exterior work OF OLD MOBILE HOME)
✔ Tiny Home Conversion (turning an existing shed into a 1 bed / 1 bath livable space)
✔ General repairs throughout the park as needed
🛠️ SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You don’t need to be licensed — but you MUST be reliable and know how to do solid work.
Experience in ANY of the following is helpful:
Flooring repair / subfloor
Painting (interior & exterior)
Drywall
Light electrical
Light plumbing
Siding / skirting
Trim work
General handy work
If you can fix things and take pride in your work, we want you.
