I am looking for a reliable person to share an nice two-bedroom, two-bath house, approx. 1,600 sf in Applegate. Own bedroom and closet, full use of guest bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, two large private decks (front and back,) laundry room, and off-street parking.
House has central HVAC (A/C and heat) plus a wood stove. Also has a 9,500 watt generator for power outages.
Quiet forested area, good hiking trails, nice neighbors.
Senior community, prefer someone age 55+ (but not required.)
House is organized and tidy 98% of the time, but not OCD. I expect the kitchen to be kept clean. Looking for someone friendly and congenial who will cooperate with a few ordinary chores, not necessarily a new best friend. I am recovering from major surgery (which may not be apparent) want to give and receive respect and privacy. No preference for male or female.
I have a well behaved dog (10 yr. old Yellow Lab) and a small cat.
Currently furnished (with a very comfortable, good quality queen size bed, full dresser with mirror, lamps, end tables)
but will accommodate your own furniture if you prefer.
