The Smith Agency is actively recruiting in the Albany, Georgia area. We are looking for people who want to do work that matters and get paid well for it.

This is a commission-only position. First-year agents typically earn $50,000-$80,000. There is no ceiling. You work with warm leads, not cold calls. The sales process is structured and fully trainable.

We provide real training and a mentorship system that does not leave new agents on their own. We also offer a discount on licensing costs and support you through the process. Southwest Georgia has a strong market for what we offer.
